Firstly I looked at several film magazine websites including the following: Empire,Total films,Bright Lights,Cineaste, Moviemaker.

I then created a powerpoint outlining various film magazines with a summary of background information as well as analysis of the magazine itself.

From this I have decided that we should keep the conventional layout that Empire has used as it looks effective and concise , with the use of the following features:

• Mixture of neutral and bold colours e.g. blue and red to symbolise passion and sadness
• making something similar to our film poster so they interlink and the audience can relate to that.
• Other film features e.g. new films coming out
• Tagline- sometimes the people you love the most are your betrayers
