creating a hospital letter for my scenes in tomorrows filming

Above here is the hospital letter which I used as a template for my hospital letter .
This was in order to make the hospital letter look authentic as though it was an actual hospital letter.

This is the hospital letter which I have compiled which unfortunately is not very clear but this is fine because I will be taking pictures of the shots we take, but you have a clear idea that it looks like an authentic hospital letter.
